Shop Run Saturday 1/23
We've got two options this week. Bob will lead a run from the shop at 8am. Plan on just short of two hours so he can get back in time to open the doors at 10am.
Also, its time to get out to cool and run on the Way Too Cool course. We'll meet at the store at 7am and carpool through the canyon to the fire station in Cool. We'll be on the trail by 7:30 and run from the fire station straight to the hwy crossing, skipping the first loop on the course then follow the course from there to ALT. Provided that the water is on at ALT we'll refill bottles then head back via the course, up Goat Hill, and to our starting point at the fire station. The total distance is about 20ish miles. If the weather forecast is right plan on getting wet, if not from rain then from the creek crossings. If we're able to refill water at ALT two bottles will get most people through but if it is turned off you may want more.
See you out there.

Shop Run Saturday 1/16
In addition to the group run being hosted by James this Saturday from the overlook we'll be doing a run from the shop, and word has it that Jane Kibii will be joining us.
Austin a local High School Croos Country runner will lead us out. We'll start from the shop at 8AM and run an out and back toward Rattlesnake Bar. We'll cross the white bridge and follow the railroad tracks to Railhead park. When we get to Railhead we'll turn left under the road and run up to the canal where it meets the road then along the canal. If it's not too muddy we can take cardiac bypass to avoid the road. We can decide on the run. Run toward Rattlesnake Bar and turn around at an appropriate spot. We need Bob to make it back to the shop by 10 AM to open, using the reverse course.
See you out there one place or another!
