This weeks run will be lead by our "friend of the store" Jim Hopkins.
Start at 8 AM from the store, up to Robie to the Western States trail, cut across 49 to Manzanita Trail to Stagecoach down to the confluence. For runners who want to go long, cross No Hands to Cool Fire Station, water up, and back down and up the States trail through Robie to the store. The shorter course (Bob will be doing this Return) will be from the Confluence under No Hands to the States Trail to Robie and the store. Hopefully before 10 AM to open.

Auburn Running Company
Quad Dipsea was a great day..Though I had a DNF..the great thing I kept hearing during the run as we passed an aid station or near spectators was..."There sure are a lot of folks from Auburn Running Company" that was pretty neat.
