We had a great turnout this morning. Thanks to all who came out to run and ride. It was a great day to be out with the trails in great shape after getting some some rain a few days ago and beautiful weather today. Those of us who haven't spent enough time on the bike (or on the run) will be paying the price in sore bodies over the next few days.
