Come run with us this Saturday October 10th. We're leaving from the store at 7am and running down the Western States trail to No Hands Bridge then up Stagecoach and back to the store. The loop is between 8 and 9 miles (unless somebody with a GPS tells us different) with enough hills and single track to keep your attention. We should have some beautiful fall weather. See you there.

Would love to join you guys, but I'll be at FireTrails this weekend (Thank goodness it won't be at hot at SNER was!). Will look forward to the next shop run.

We had a nice group of 11 runners on the 10/10/09... 9 mile trail run. The pace was enjoyable and the conversation was pleasant. We look forward to this Saturdays run as well. See you all there:-)
