Mr. D's Delight
Enjoy an easy paced run in and around the American River Canyon. Please meet at the store at 7:00 a.m. and return around 9:00 a.m. We will leave the store and go down States Trail, Under 49 Bridge, with Stagecoach, Mossy Rock, and Manzanita Trails involved. Shorter option is available to all runners. Dress accordingly, bring water and snacks, most importantly we are going to have FUN on the trails!
